The "Space Mercenary Corps Infomercial - Join the Mercs Today" is a short independent sci-fi action comedy film, and the first part of the sequel to the film 'Sci Fi Summer Girl's Off Day', titled "SFSG2 - Get General Galla". It is a captured recruiting video for one of the villain / antagonist groups in the Sci Fi Summer Girl universe of stories, in this case, the Space Mercenary Corps, who were also portrayed initially or introduced in the short film 'Sci Fi Summer Girl's Off Day'. Though it starts the sequel to 'Sci Fi Summer Girl's Off Day', it also works and was intended to work as a stand-alone project / product. It does have some rough subject material, which would rate it PG. It was shot at multiple locations in the metro-Atlanta, GA area. Like "Sci Fi Summer Girl's Off Day", the "Space Mercenary Corps Infomercial" is loaded with action, dark humor, and special visual effects, to include ray guns, rockets, space ships, buildings, and more. If all goes well with the completion of SFSG2, this or a portion of this film will be incorporarated into the beginning of SFSG2.
