Greg Barker is a headstrong but misguided salesman with a penchant for a good night on the town. When a twisted sociopath steals an object of immense importance from him, committing seemingly random acts of crime to satisfy his malicious tormentor is the only way for Greg to retrieve it. A thought provoking and heart-stopping race against time, Coercion is a story of how a deeply flawed yet innocent man's strength, fortitude and courage are tested to the limit to save what he needs and cares for the most. An homage to film noir, the short was created as part of the first year Film & Video Production course at The University Of Derby. WAB 1628
