A marriage of quiet desperation is depicted in this heart-wrenching short film subject, written and directed by Adam Davenport. Featuring Academy Award and Golden Globe Winner, Melissa Leo (The Fighter; Frozen River; 21 Grams), and starring Sundance Grand Jury Prize Winner, Jack Mulcahy (The Brothers McMullen; Sex & the City). This film was shot by Academy Award Nominee, Cinematographer Tom Stern (Million Dollar Baby; Gran Torino).

A native of Chicago suburbia, Adam Davenport (Writer/Director) is twenty-six years old. His thesis film, MIDNIGHT SON, which he shot on 35mm with Clint Eastwood’s Cinematographer Tom Stern, became the recipient of the Panavision New Filmmaker Award, a distinction shared by the first films of Steven Soderbergh and Paul Thomas Anderson. Shot on location in a mere four days on the Gold Coast of Long Island.
